Cross Compliance Training Ltd - Booking Terms Payment
Payment of Open/Closed Courses is due prior to attendance on the course. Invoices will be sent out in advance once a confirmed booking is received. It is possible to pay using credit/debit card, by cheque made payable to Cross Compliance Training Ltd and via BACS. If purchase orders are required to make payment, this must be received with the booking formin line with our booking terms.
Payment of Services is due 7 days after delivery of those services, whether this is an audit, a Freelance tutor service, Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
Course Timings
Unless otherwise agreed delegates must arrive for 08.45 am for a 09.00 am start. If delegates are held up please contact 07586608461 and where possible we will try to wait for them to arrive. Please note if the course is fully booked the instructor may not be able to hold up the course, under these circumstances the course may need to be rescheduled(please see booking terms)
Confirmation of Booking
Provisional bookings are held for 5 working days. In this time we must receive a completed booking form or confirmation email, if the completed booking form or confirmation email is not received in this time your place will be released. An email of confirmation will be sent out within 48 hours of receiving the completed booking form or confirmation email. Participants should bring this on the day.
Working week is Monday – Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
Cancellations of Courses and Services
Over 10 working days notice = No charge
10 working days or less = 100% fee payable
We reserve the right to cancel the course due to circumstances beyond our control and will refund all fees in full.
Special requirements
Please contact us to discuss any particular needs you have. Please note that all attendees must be physically fit and mentally capable and be able to understand technical English.
Data Protection
Cross Compliance Training Ltd keeps all personal information you supply for the purpose for which you have provided it for.
No information is passed to any third parties unless for accreditation purposes. We will only contact you with your certification, and when it is due for renewal or with any special offers we feel you may be interested in.
On-site training
We will require the completed site check list emailed to info@crossct.co.uk. Please ensure we are aware of any on-site requirements such as inductions etc. We must have contact details of an on-site representative. Please ensure the following are available: Classroom facilities for the number of persons taking part. A Safe Area to do any practical training.
Equipment required
Delegates must bring with them their idendification (Driving license, Passport, EU Identity Card and a means of writing and taking notes. If identification is not brought delegates can be turned away from the course as we need to prove that they are who they say they are in line with the awarding bodies exam policies.
